This weeks focus is learning to rest as much as you work. The pressure of life and comparing ourselves to the experiences of others, can make us feel like constantly losing sleep and being caught in the hustle is the way to get to our destination.
Overworking ourselves is not sustainable and eventually leads to burn out.
As you prepare for this week, make it a priority to get your work in, but also get your rest in.
Rest doesn't always mean sleep. Sometimes it means simply scheduling some down time for yourself. Signing back up for your favorite weekly hobby or just enjoying quiet time.
If you do not choose a rest day for yourself - your body will choose it for you.
