Monday Motivation 112: 5 Things to Remember This Week

Happy Monday! As you dive into your Monday morning...make it a point to reset your goals based on the life you see for yourself. With consistency, focus and boundaries...theres no where you can't make it.


Just a few reminders as you start your week:

  1. You can only help others once you've helped yourself - Our pre-flight instructions tell us this. "You must secure your own mask before assisting others."

  2. Don't stop at less just because you couldn't see more - What you want exists, don't let up until you get it.

  3. How you do anything is how you do everything - Be intentional in all things you do.

  4. Whoever or whatever you give place to...has a place in you - Be careful not to displace your energy into people, places and things that simply don't deserve your time.

  5. You'll stop worrying so much about what people think about you when you realize how seldom they do.
