Monday Motivation 108: "Pro-Crastinator"

Quote of the week: "Procrastinating is the arrogant assumption that God owes you another chance to do tomorrow what you could have done today."

This weeks focus is getting out of the habit of postponing todays responsibilities, until tomorrow. Sometimes we get too comfortable with the concept of tomorrow...as if it doesn't come with its own to-do list.

Truth is...if you're going to move the needle on your goals, you have to move with precision. Being intentional with time management is key. Completing tasks today, builds momentum for the next day.

Try making a to-do list this week and sticking to it. Take the extra half hour today to complete a task, to get ahead of tomorrow. Here are some other helpful tips to avoid procrastination and get the most out of your week:

  • Making Your To-Do List the Night Before

  • Wake up 30 Minutes Earlier

  • Time Blocking (ex. 10am-11am work on website; 12pm-1pm redo resume, etc)

  • Break Your Tasks Down into Smaller Increments
